By this application, respondent Nos.1 to 5 are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount through Power of Attorney. Appeal is already disposed of. 4.

As per the contentions of the respondents, they have issued Power of Attorney in favour of respondent No.1, therefore, respondent No.1 be permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of the respondents. 5.

Registered Power of Attorney is placed on record.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and the Power of Attorney which is on record, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of all the respondents. After withdrawal of the amount, respondent No.1 shall furnish an affidavit to the
