In this matter while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant, Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code was inadvertently not mentioned in the order dated 22nd November, 2022 as it was not mentioned in the prayer clause.

However, in the interest of justice, I am of the opinion that it is necessary to carry out the correction by adding Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code in the operative order dated 27th September, 2022 and in para 2 of the order dated 22nd November, 2022. Accordingly, necessary correction be carried out and order be uploaded afresh.

Criminal application is disposed of.
