Learned Counsel Mr. Dhawas points out that Writ Petition 1993 of 2021 is preferred challenging the order of the Trial Court whereby an applications seeking amendment is rejected and Writ Petition 1156 of 2019 is filed against an order which rejects prayer to stay the proceedings. Mr. Dhawas states that the compensation case is finally decided and both the petitions are therefore rendered infructuous. 2.

The statement is accepted.
