This is an application for quashing of FIR as well as charge-sheet in Special Case No.564/2022, filed before Extra Joint District Judge-1 & Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal, read with Section 8, 12, 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
