Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that there is direct evidence against the present applicant, therefore I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court after charge-sheet is filed.
