This is an application for correction of name of respondent no.4 from "Pavan s/o Bhimrao Ithape" to "Pavan s/o Arvind Ithape". It is submitted in the application that there has been a typographical error in the impugned judgment and award, resulting in the name of respondent no.4 being wrongly shown in this appeal. As none appears on behalf of the appellant, there is no opposition to the prayer made in this application and hence this application is allowed.
