The applicants herein have sought extension of time to deposit the decretal amount before this Court. In view of the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the decretal amount, as per the order of this Court, is extended by one week.

Civil Application (CAF) No.4299/2019 The applicants have sought to condone the delay of 313 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 30/08/2018 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.46/2013. In view of the reasons stated in the said application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
