By this application, respondent No.1A is seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount through Power of Attorney.

The appeal is already disposed of by order dated 17/07/2019.

In view of that respondent No.1A is permitted to withdraw the amount through Power of Attorney. 5.

The Power of Attorney shall file an affidavit to the extent that he has disbursed the compensation amount to respondent No.1A.

6.

The respondent No.1A is only entitled to withdraw Rs.55,067/- along with accrued interest. The balance amount be refunded to the appellant.

7.

Civil application is disposed of.
