As the registration of the First Appeal was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial), without issuing notice to the non-applicants, the civil application praying for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration is allowed and the Misc. Civil application praying for restoration of the appeal is also allowed. The applicant-appellant shall remove office objections till 13th February, 2015, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
