By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 401 days caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record.

For reasons mentioned in applications, the delay stands condoned. The proposed legal heirs be brought on record. The abatement of appeal against respondent No.1 is set aside. 3.

Learned counsel Shri V.N.Patre submits that proposed legal heirs viz. Respondent No.1(c) and 1(e) also died. Their legal heirs are to be brought on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant shall take appropriate steps to bring proposed legal heirs of the said respondent on record. 5.

The applications are disposed of.
