When this matter is called out, Mrs.Maldhure, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that no one has been appearing for appellant since last three dates and even today, none appears for the appellant. She submits that earlier also this appeal has been dismissed for nonprosecution. However, in her absence, since notice were not issued, the appeal had got restored. 2.

It is observed that on 19.09.2022, 26.09.2022 as well as on 12.10.2022, none appeared for the appellant. Even today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the appellant. This Prity

From the above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. Hence, let the appeal be dismissed for want of prosecution.
