The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur dated 15 February 2021 in Original Application No.778/2020 filed by the Respondent No.4. 3.

The Respondent No.4 was transferred by an order dated 10

Order 0203wp1148.21.odt August 2020 from Jivti to Warora. Thereafter on 1 October 2020, the State Government stayed the order of transfer and cancelled the transfer by order dated 19 November 2020. This order dated 19 November 2020 was challenged by the Respondent No.4 before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal allowed the Original Application and set aside the order dated 19 November 2020 and restored the order of transfer dated 10 August 2020. 4.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that in the meanwhile, the Petitioner was promoted by order dated 7 December 2020 to the post of Tahsildar at Warora. The contention of the Petitioner is entirely misconceived, as the order dated 7 December 2020 entrust only a temporary charge to the Petitioner of the post of Tahsildar at Warora. No right flows therefrom to the Petitioner to challenge the regular posting of the Respondent No.4.
