We have perused the record of the proceedings. The cognizance of a newspaper report dated 21-12-2005 was taken by this Court vide order dated 21-12-2005 in the manner of management of solid waste. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation as well as the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board that in Public Interest Litigation No.81 of 2014, these very issues are under consideration. 2.

In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to keep the present petition pending. It is accordingly disposed of.
