The applicant/accused is convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and is directed to suffer imprisonment for life. Looking to the said fact and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 296 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
