Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that since it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent-Management that the petitioners have also filed appeals before the School Tribunal, under the provisions of the Act of 1977, in respect of the same issue, the petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition. The learned counsel on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
