The appeal is preferred by the appellant - VIDC. 2.

Mr Patil, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent No.1 and Ms Udeshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Present application is for seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 30.03.2021 passed by the learned Presiding Officer Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority Nagpur in 654/AMT/YTL/2019.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 30.03.2021 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the compensation amount alongwith accrued interest within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 6.

The civil application is disposed of.
