The pursis tendered by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition as he intends to move for protection of service. Since the petitioner has accepted, the impugned order thereby rejecting his tribe claim, the petition stands dismissed.

As regards the protection of service is concerned, the prayer if so made before the Employer, the same be dealt in accordance with the law.
