By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs :

"(i) direct the respondent no.1 to order the respondents no.2 and 3 to pay all the retirement benefits to the petitioner as directed by the Grievances Committee vide its order/judgment dated 30-3-2024 (Annex.-I).

(ii) direct the respondent no.1 to take punitive action against the respondents no.2 and 3 as per Clause 3 of Uniform Statute No.1 of 2019 (Annex.-IV).

(iii) Any other just and equitable relief may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner."

In the reply-affidavit dated 15th October, 2025, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Paragraph 6 have made a categorical statement that they are ready to make the payment as per the chart reproduced in the said paragraph. We are of the opinion that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are agreeable to make the payment as per the chart given along with the affidavit, considering their financial condition. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner is satisfied.

According to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, there is a dispute about the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and odd to be received by the petitioner.

In the above view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition by accepting the statement of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to make the payment to the petitioner in installment as per the chart given in Paragraph 6 of the affidavit dated 15th October, 2025. As far as the disputed amount is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the same by filing appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.)
