DATE : April 17, 2018 Prayer is to condone delay in bringing on record the legal heirs of the sole respondent. There is also prayer to set aside the abatement after condoning the delay.

Though the applications are opposed by the legal heirs of the sole respondent on the ground that incorrect reasons have been mentioned in the applications, considering the fact that there is delay of twenty two days which does not appear to be deliberately caused the applications are allowed.

After condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement the legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within period of one week.

Applications are allowed and disposed of.
