Record reveals that even on the earlier date, nobody appeared for petitioner. It is also noted that prior to earlier date, petition was posted for passing dismissal order.

On the last date, learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 had made a statement that due to stay in operation, respondent nos.1 to 3 are deprived of amount of maintenance and petitioner was directed to place on record statement showing amount of maintenance in arrears. However, nobody appears for respondent nos.1 to 3 also today nor any such statement is placed on record.

In view of facts as aforesaid, petitioner does not appear to be interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for default. JUDGE khj
