The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that an issue like the one involved in this case, was also involved in Writ Petition No.2146/2015 and this Court, after finding that several disputed questions of facts did arise for determination, disposed of the Writ Petition, with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings. It is stated that a similar order could be passed in this Writ Petition also.

In view of the aforesaid, after granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, we dispose of this Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
