52.FA 547.2022 Civil Application (CAF) NO. 1360 OF 2022 The appellant shall deposit the amount of compensation within eight weeks. On depositing the amount, the implementation, effect and execution of award dated 30/03/2021 passed by learned Presiding Officer Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in LAC No. 643/AMT/YTL/2019 will be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure of depositing the amount, the stay granted, will be vacated without further reference to the Court. 2.
