DATED : AUGUST 11, 2016 Heard Adv. Sirpurkar for applicant, Shri Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent no.1, and Adv. Vyas for respondent no.2. The charge-sheet is already ready for filing since 3/3/2016. As such, custody of applicant is not required by Police Authorities.

This Court has on 16/2/2016 while issuing notice in the matter, permitted investigation to go on, but coercive steps against applicant were not allowed. In this situation, we find that interest of justice can be met with by permitting respondent no.1 State to file charge-sheet before trial Court on any date within a period of three weeks from today with

2/3 previous intimation of the said date to the present applicant.

Interim order granted by this Court shall continue for a period of four more weeks after such date so as to enable applicant to take necessary steps before that Court. All contentions of applicant are kept open and he is also given liberty to move appropriate application in accordance with law, if he is so advised.

With above directions and liberty, we dispose of criminal application. No costs.
