BHANGALE, JJ DATED : 13th January 2015 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that because of some negotiations, borrowers are ready to clear all loan liability till March 2015. He, therefore, prays that petition may be adjourned beyond March 2015.

During hearing, it was observed that petition was dismissed on 11.7.2014 as against borrowers i.e. respondents no. 2 to 7.

In this situation, with liberty to petitioner to approach again if repayment as per agreement is not made till March 2015, we dispose of writ petition.
