2 caf981.17 C.A.F. NO.1258/2018 Considering the nature of defence of the insurance company and the fact that the respondent No.1 is widow of deceased and respondent Nos.2 and 3 are minor daughters of deceased, following order is passed:

The amount deposited by the appellant be kept in fixed deposit in nationalized bank until further orders. The interest which would accrue on the amount shall be given to respondent No.1 / Smt. Lalita Wd/o Onkarrao Gawali every quarterly starting from 1st July, 2018. The amount of interest be transmitted in the account of respondent No.1 directly. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
