Today, this application for grant of bail is filed across the bench, looking to the fact that the respondent no.1 was brought before this Court by arresting him in pursuance to the non-bailable warrant issued by this Court vide order dated 10th February, 2022. Yesterday, when the matter was listed, the respondent no.1 was referred to the Central Prison, Nagpur in absence of application for grant of bail moved by the respondent no.1.

Today, the counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the respondent no.1 undertakes to attend the proceeding regularly and in that view of the matter, he submits that his application may be allowed. He further submits that while putting condition on furnishing solvent surety, some time may be granted to furnish solvent surety.

In the circumstance and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 4.

It is directed to release the respondent no.1 on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- and solvent surety of equal amount.

Time of 15 days is granted to the respondent no.1 to furnish solvent surety. Failure to comply the condition, the bail would stand cancelled. 6.

The application is disposed of.
