Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections in case if the petition is restored within a period of one week.

As such, we deem it appropriate to allow the present application subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Library to be paid within one week. 3.

In case, if the receipt of payment of costs is produced, we permit the petitioner to remove office objections within a period of one week by restoring the petition.
