The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have filed a joint pursis dated 30/11/2015 in the Court on the same date. It is stated that the parties have settled the matter in dispute on the terms and conditions mentioned in the joint pursis. A prayer is made by the learned counsel for the parties to dispose of the writ petition on the terms and conditions mentioned in the joint pursis.

We have perused the joint pursis filed by the parties. The joint pursis is signed by the Regional Director of the petitioners as also the respondent. We find that the terms and conditions are just and reasonable.
