DATED : 04-03-2020 The applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five years and six months.

The accusation, which is held proved, is that the applicant sexually molested his student, who then was aged 10 years.

The act attributed to the applicant is despicable. 4.

I am not inclined to suspend the sentence.

The application is dismissed.
