By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment passed by the learned Presiding Officer Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur, in case No. 671/AMT/YTL/2019.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of ten weeks, the implementation, effect and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure of depositing the amount, the stay granted to the appellant will be automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.
