DATED : 27/01/2023 By order dated 06.10.2022, this Court has directed the appellant to deposit the entire compensation amount along with the accrued interest within eight weeks.
In view of the said order the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest and prayed for stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 13.02.2020.
Considering the entire amount is already deposited, the judgment and award dated 13.02.2020 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.31/2014, is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
(2) 43.caf.2234.2022 Civil Application is disposed of.
