Heard Shri Sachin Zoting, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

He would claim that in view of Clause (a) of Para 6 of the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2023, the petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola with a grievance.

That being so, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola to deal with the grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. For that purpose, the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, on 15.04.2024.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
