As per the contention of the applicant that the applicant has not removed the office objections, and therefore, the appeal was dismissed.

Shri Zaheer, learned Counsel for respondent No.3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State, have no objection for condonation of delay. 6.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned.
