This Court had on 12.02.2018, looking to the nature of accusation made and looking to the fact that the victim-complainant is in habit of making complaints against various persons, granted ad interim relief to the applicant on a condition that the applicant shall attend Police Station on 17.02.2018 and 18.02.2018 and shall be with the investigating officer from 02.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. 3.
According to the learned A.P.P., the applicant has attended the police station and his statement is already recorded.

The Court is not powerless merely because there is provision of Section 18 of the Act especially when it is

Looking to the nature of accusation made against the present applicant, I confirm the order dated 12.02.2018. The applicant shall attend Police Station as and when called by the police Station Officer, by giving a clear cut 48 hours written communication.
The application is disposed of.
