By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, dated 24.11.2015 dismissing the Original Application filed by the petitioner for a direction against the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner and continue him in service on the post of Medical Officer. Shri Khapre, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner is appointed on the post of Medical Officer on the regular basis and hence the grievance of the petitioner that his services would be regularised would not survive. It is stated that the petitioner would be required to file appropriate proceedings for seeking some monetary benefits for the period during which she worked as a Medical Officer on temporary basis. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background.
