By this application, respondent no.1 is seeking permission for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

Since the matter has been settled in Lok Adalat wherein it has been decided that respondent no.1 shall be entitled to the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued. Therefore, permission is granted to respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount alongwith interest accrued thereon.
