It is informed that the matter is amicably settled in Lok Adalat held on 10.2.2018. The period of seven years has been elapsed till date. However, till date the balance decreetal amount is not deposited in the matter.

Today the learned counsel for appellant seeks further time in the matter.

Considering the fact that the matter has been settled on 10.2.2018 and period of almost seven years till date has been elapsed, the appellant is directed to deposit the balance decreetal amount by doing necessary calculation within a period of two weeks. Failure to same, this court will pass appropriate order in the matter.
