By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions in the judgment, dated 10.7.2014 in Writ Petition No.3977 of 1998. It was the case of the petitioner that though the respondents were directed to pay the pensionary benefits to the petitioner after granting continuity in service for the purpose of grant of pensionary benefits, the respondents had not paid the same to the petitioner. Mrs. Anjali Joshi, the learned counsel for the respondent no.4 states, on instructions, that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner was paid the arrears of pensionary benefits and the order of which the contempt is alleged is duly complied with. By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.4, we dispose of the contempt petition, with no order as to costs.
