By filing pursis dated 30.11.2021, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the contempt petition since respondent no.3 has paid an amount of Rs.1,77,197/- including interest.

In the wake of return of deducted amount, the contempt purged. Hence, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
