This is an application moved by Shri R.R. Vyas, learned counsel seeking discharge from the proceedings. (2) In the application it is stated on oath by Shri R.R. Vyas that petitioners have taken the case papers from him and for that the petitioners have given acknowledgment, which is placed on record as 'Annexure R-1' to this application. It shows that petitioner no.1 has taken case papers from Shri Vyas, learned counsel.

(3) In view of the fact the petitioners have already taken the case papers form Shri R.R. Vyas, the application is allowed. Shri R.R. Vyas is hereby discharged from the proceedings.
