Heard Advocate Shri Narwade for the applicant. Shri N.R. Rode, learned APP has strongly objected the application.

Details reasons are recorded while granting adinterim anticipatory bail to the applicant on 12.02.2019. From the perusal of report, it appears that complainant is a Police Patil, he went to the river bed and found that applicant were removing sand. He has obstructed them. Applicant unloaded the sand in the river bed itself even though offence punishable under section 379 of IPC is registered against the applicant. Looking to the allegations made in the report, ad-interim anticipatory granted to the applicant on 12.02.2019 is hereby confirmed.
