The order dated 28-1-2022 in R.C.S. 5/2020 (Annexure-I) is modified and in addition to the fields mentioned in the operative part, the Court Commissioner is directed to measure Agriculture Field Survey 18, 19, 21/1 and 21/2 along with part of the Highway which divides the original Survey 21 into different portions. 3.

The petitioners, who are the original defendants undertake to bear the measurement charges which will have to be additionally paid in view of the present modification of the order impugned.

The measurement shall be done within next thirty days.

5.

The petition is disposed of in the aforestated terms.
