This is an application for condonation of 396 days delay caused in filing the application for restoration of appeal against respondent No.1.

In view of the facts and circumstances subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only), the application is allowed. The delay of 396 days caused in filing application is condoned. The cost of Rs. 2500/- be deposited within a week and be paid to M/s the High Court Gazetted Officers Association,
