By this application, the respondent nos. 1 to 4 are seeking permission from this Court for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in this Court. It is pointed out that the appeal itself stood dismissed by operation of order dated 26.11.2018.

In view of the above, when the appeal itself has been dismissed, there is no reason why the respondent nos. 1 to 4 ought not to be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellantInsurance Company in this Court, with accrued interest, if any.
