Heard Shri Narnaware, learned Counsel for applicants.

The interveners have approached this Court on the apprehension that existing statue of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is being relocated. It is submitted that more than 800 residents of locality are opposed to such shifting.

Shri Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader for State and Shri Kale, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Municipal Council make a categorical statement that it has been resolved not to shift the statue of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

In that view of the matter, we find that purpose of interveners stands served. The intervention application is disposed of by taking on record aforesaid
