In this petition the petitioner inter alia has assailed the notification dated 03/01/2023 issued by the General Manager (Personnel), MOIL Ltd. Nagpur and prays to declare the result for the post of Assistant Manager (Personnel) in accordance with notification dated 17/11/2017. 3.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 4.
