By both these applications, the applicants are seeking temporary modification of bail conditions which are imposed by this Court while releasing the applicants on bail and while suspending the sentence in Criminal Application (APPLN) No.09/2024 and Criminal Application (APPLN) No.11/2024.

Learned Counsels for the applicants submitted that the applicant, namely, Amit Verma is resident of Rajnagar Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and the applicant, namely, Nandkishore Trivedi is resident of Mumbai. They could not obtain the solvent sureties within a short span of time and therefore, they requested to release them on furnishing cash sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- for four weeks and they would not leave the jurisdiction of Nagpur District, till they furnish the sureties.

The said application is strongly opposed by the learned Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Misar on the ground that the applicant Amit Verma is not resident of Maharashtra, if he is released on bail, there is apprehension that he would not be available for further proceedings in the Court. Alternatively, he submitted that at the most, said relaxation can be given for a period of two weeks.

After hearing the learned Counsels for the applicants and learned Special Public Prosecutor. Perused the grounds of the applications and submissions, considering the undertaking given by the learned Counsels that the applicants should not leave the jurisdiction of Nagpur District, till they furnish the sureties. The said condition can be modified temporarily and therefore, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER
(i) The applicant Amit Sitapati Verma and Nandkishore Shankarlal Trivedi shall furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each by depositing cash sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- each for three weeks.
(ii) The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of Nagpur District Court, till they furnishes the solvent sureties for the satisfaction of the Court.
(iii) The applicants shall attend Police Station, Ganeshpeth, Nagpur till then furnishes the sureties, once in a week on Sunday between 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Both the applications are disposed of.
