The matter is amicably worked out before National Lok Adalat on 8th April, 2017. As per the settlement, the Insurance Company has deposited Rs.1,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court.

The amount deposited by the Insurance Company, alongwith interest on it, if any, be given to the appellant No.2 (applicant) Indutai widow of Ramraoji Langade. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
