On 22.06.2015, this Court (Coram:A.B.

Chaudhari, J) has granted four weeks time to remove the office objections. However, the applicants have not taken any steps.

On 22.07.2015 again this Court (Coram:Prasanna B. Varale, J.) granted four weeks time by way of last chance to remove the office objections, however, objections were not removed.

Again on 26.08.2015 this Court has granted four weeks time to remove the office objections. Thus, though twelve weeks time was granted to the applicants to remove the office objections, the office objections are not removed.

When the matter was called out today, there is no request on behalf of the applicants either for passing over or adjourning the matter. It seems that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, Criminal Application No.133/2015 is dismissed in default. JUDGE kahale
