On last occasion, learned counsel Shri A.P.Deshpande for the non-applicant was absent. Today also, when the matter is called, he remains absent. 3.

Learned counsel Shri A.M.Ghare for the applicant submits that he has deposited Rs.124,000/-. Cheque amount was of Rs.1,25,000/-.

The revision was dismissed in default. The applicant was arrested. He is released on bail as per order of this Court dated 11.2.2019. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter was not noted and, therefore, it came to be dismissed. The applicant was not knowing about dismissal of the criminal revision. .....2/-

Looking to grounds mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. The criminal revision application is restored to its original file at the stage when it was dismissed. 6.

Issue notice to the applicant for final disposal of the criminal revision application, returnable after two weeks. 7.

The criminal applications are disposed of accordingly.
